Echolalia...

Echoing without understanding
That is what we call as echolalia
A repeating or “echoing” of what another person has said
But doesn’t seem to completely understand what has been said
In essence...
It is just a repeating of words 
Without really being able to “use” them properly
Immediate echolalia...
Is the repetition of words or phrases that occur immediately
Very soon after the original words are spoken 
Delayed echolalia...

Is the repetition of words or phrases 
That are echoed after the fact, even hours, days, weeks, or months later. 

The big question is...
In calling ourselves as think tanker

of an educational organisation 

Resposible for building capasity od the educational citizen


Are we playing the right role
As a thinker


Or are we nothing more or nothing less

the same as an echolalia..

Experiential, exploration, discovery learning n flip class...?

An active process of inquiry-based instructions
Encouraging self to build on prior knowledge 
Through experience
Through exploration 
By searching for new informations
By searching for new relations
Based on own's interests
Based on own's capabalities
Based on own's initiatives...

A problem solving situations based
That draws on own's past experience
That reflects through own's existing knowledge 
To discover facts 
To discover relationships 
To discover new truths 
To be learned...

A kind of teaching 
That's based on student's findings
By exploring through things 
By looking into problems 
By asking questions
By finding answers
By solving things
All on their own...

It's all about coming to own's conclusions 
It's all about asking about things
In own's course
That might not make any particular sense...
As soon as enquiries are made, 
Learning of new things will become the norms
Where teachers are no more the one who teach
Where instructors are no more the one who instruct
Where trainers are no more the one who train
But a part of innovative ways
Of instructing
Of challenging 
Of thought-provoking 
Of answering controversial and tricky questions
In the most interesting educational journey
Suitable for the information society
Important to the borderless world
Acceptable to the net generation

It is not an evaluation
It is not an assessment
But a new way of learning process
But a new way of exploring process
But a new way of discovering process
But a new way of experiencing process
Based on own's paced
Based on own's time
Based on own's value
Based on own's believe
Based on own's knowledges
Based on own's skills
Based on own's capabalities
Based on own's interest

No more about the end products
No more about the teacher as the key holder
No more about the instructor or trainer as the gate keeper
To the actual answers and the problem solver
But...
Mainly about the process...
Of exploring, experiencing and discovering
Of borderless and endless new answers
To the new knowledge that might look senseless at time
But will become ultimate at later day
It is all about going through the journey
Of the discovery learning journey...

Apakah peranan kita
Apakan tujuan utama wujudnya kita
Apakah matlamat akhir kita
Apakah output dan outcome yang terhasil dari tindakan kita
Sebagai guru, pendidik, pembimbing dan pemimpin anak bangsa dan warga kerja negara...

Insan yang terpelajar, terdidik, terkawal, terbimbing, terlatih, berdisiplin, dan terpimpin

Insan yang kenal diri, kenal ruang, tahu peranan, tahu perjuangan, punya jati diri padu, kekuatan emosi dan mental yang teguh, nilai profesional yang kukuh, berwibawa, berketrampilan dan berdaya-upaya

Insan beriman dan bertakwa,

Patriotis yang bangga dengan kemampuan diri, bangsa dan negara,

Anak bangsa yang kenal asal usul dan kedudukan adat dan agama

Yang tidak mudah berubah
Yang tidak mudah goyah
Yang utuh, teguh, kukuh dan tidak mudah roboh...

Is it so hard to do?
That we need to watch out steps
And show all the evidence 
To show what we have gone through?
How hard it is to trust 
By looking at the result 
That we have produced?
That we need to make a report 
Of what we have made and done
Through and through?
Life is getting miserable
Heart has turned to stone
Mind is full of doubt
That all we see is nothing and meaningless
If we got no proof
How sick it is to live this life
That makes you feel like a fool...

Long winding and blurry

Will I be fine...

I'm dreaming of a journey 
Of heading towards a long winding and blurry
Destination that is not clear
That is full of doubt and fear
The road is dusty
Sometimes rough sometimes slippery
There's a force at the back of me
Asking me to move on
Towards the unknown
With no light given
At the front or from behind
No maps no compasses 
No plan as guidelines
Just move and move 
The way to the front.

I wonder alone 
At the corner of my mind
Will I be saved
Will I be fine
As nobody seems to care

Dua pendekatan
Dua peningkatan
Dua perkara jadi jaminan
Pastikan lekat dalam ingatan
Para guru pendidik seangkatan

Manusia perlu berubah dulu
Bawa pengurusan ke era baru
Kalau ikut era dulu
Sistem pemikiran cara individu
Jadikan tindakan jauh melulu
Memasing membawa hala diri

Menarik perhatianku untuk disusul

 

Budaya sate nama diberikan

Berteraskan cara Sate disediakan

Cucuk bakar kipas dan makan

Budaya tak sihat alam pekerjaan

 

Integriti jadi amalan utama

Bekerja kerana Allah yang Esa

Jangan diselang selikan umpat dan cerca

Demi mencapai matlamat peribadi semasa

 

Cucuk mencucuk amalan tak sihat

Bermula dari hati yang jahat

Kelemahan yang lain di kaji diamat

Demi untuk mencapai hajat

 

Kelemahan orang dicari dikaji

Kelemahan diri lupa diteliti

Ugut mengugut adu mengadu

Pasukan ditolak demi keperluan indidvidu

 

Hati yang sejuk di colek dibakar

Fitnah, adu domba, luas tersebar

Akibatnya wujud kumpulan tertentu

Bermata merah bermata biru

 

Bodek membodek kipas mengipas

Yang betul diketepi yang salah dihias

Matlamat penting pangkat dan darjat

Rezeki diterima hilang berkat

 

Demi mencapai matlamat sendiri

Kaedah diguna tidak dipeduli

Amanah dan keadilan letak di belakang

Kesempatan yang ada dikongkong seorang

 

Politik organisasi zaman berzaman

Yang boleh dimakan, diambil kesempatan

Punca runtuh tamadun bangsa

Rasuah penyalahan guna kuasa meraja lela 

 

Islam menyarankan pada keadilan

Kepimpinan berteras ummah bukan kedudukan

Penyelesaian isu secara sistemik

Bukan bergantung pada polemik

Kajian dilaksana secara akademik

Libati semua besar, kecil, biasa dan unik

 

Bekerja dalam satu pasukan

Berat sama dipikul, ringan sama dijinjingkan

Hasil kejayaan organisasi disama rata

Kepuasan hasil dikongsi bersama

Perbincangan dibuat secara kolektif

Isu dilihat dari pelbagai perspektif

Itulah amalan kepimpinan junjungan

Dalam membuat keputusan dan mengambil tindakan

Rasulullah menolak perkara sia-sia dan mendahulukan perkara yang memberikan kemanfaatan

Dahulukan yang mendesak dari yang boleh ditunda

Pentingkan orang lain berbanding dirinya

 

Pilih jalan sukar dengan diri

Agar masalah ummah dapat dipermudahi

Dahului akhirat dari maksud duniawi

Mementing Allah SWT dan alam abadi

 

Ciri  kepimpinan baginda Rasul

Bertanggung jawab atas sebarang tindakan yang menyusul

Jujur dan bijaksana memberikan usul

Pendapat dan kehendak  sahabat dan ummah di beri perhatian dan disusul

 

Adil dalam sebarang tindakan

Memberikan kepada yang hak ikut keperluan

Berpandangan jauh terbuka fikiran

Sentiasa bersangka baik tanpa mengambil kira kawan dan lawan

 

Bekerja secara kolektif

Keperluan dan saranan diterima tanpa objektif

Terbuka dalam menentukan keputusan

Tegas dan tetap pendirian melaksanakan perintah Tuhan

 

Mesra rakyat dan baik peribadi

Tidak menonjol dan menyombong diri

Tak pernah mengungkit dan berburuk sangka

Pengorbanan diberi tanpa mengambil kira

Diri nyawa harta dan negara

Demi memenuhi keperluan ummah

Langkahmu kian berubah

Hanya menunggu punca kuasa
Baru boleh mula bekerja

Yang matlamatnya kelam arah

Sinarmu jangan jadi pudar

Yang ditenggelami kegelapan malam

Sinarmu yang telah ditelah

Professional Dialogue with TKPPM

Versatility
Creativity
Risk taker
Mover
Shaker
Able to work in what ever situation
Able to asimilate in all sort of population
Able to perform in what ever circumstances
Able to lead in all sort of places
That is the criteria of educational leaders
That is needed in the school transformation eras.

 

We used to look at what happen yesterday
We follow whatever had been done on that day
We forgot that everything change within seconds
What used to be good yesterday might not work this time and motion

 

We used to wait for what ever order
Followed by policies that comes before hand
We never care and never even bother
What ever the cause and reason behind
What is important is actually the reason
The purpose behind all sort of directions
What are the outputs needed to be achieved
What are the outcomes and what to believe

 

We are so use to the spoon feeding culture
Just work and work no questions no answer
We forgot the actual needs of education
Is to solve the problem of the recent population
That should not be happening in the future generation

 

We use to be the obidient followers
Follow the circular, regulation and procedures
All sort of new policies need to be implemented
Without clear understanding and clear standard
Translation of policies becomes haywired

 

Leaders should understand their people first
What are their needs and what are their thirst
Programs should be planned for the sake of the people
Following blindly create nothing but troubles 

 

Conclusion from this is the importance of thinking
Asking why to all thats are coming
Doing things without understanding is nothing but a waste
It is better to think first before taking any case
Policy given need to be unpacked
Study section by section back to back
Then look at the local that get our service
Start thinking how to improvised
So that everything will be suitable
To fulfilled the needs of the local.

Politics and Power

Future Missionaries of KPM...

Dictating and controlling those who are belows and those who are at par
Ignoring perspectives that is not in favour
Micro-managing at everything forgeting the important aspects
Not by prioritizing issues and actions to take.

Being rude and pushy in making stands
Love self bragging of past achievements
Depend on invalid sources and gossiping
Modes operandi ~ back stabbing and boss flattering.

Moving to the top is the most tragic
In order to succeed, killing is the tactic
While important actions left unattending
Only the flowers are being presenting

Blaiming others if anything goes wrong
Claiming the glories that does not belong
Ignoring the trust the most important element
Not considering others in making judgement

Being authoritarian and hungry for power
Those who are close will be shower with flower
Being secretive and not transparent in planning strategies
Datas are taken from hear says and prejudice

Trust is not important to this type of leader
The important thing is, he is in power
Blackmailing and repression of the weaker
Money and greed are the main agenda

So where are we in this recent climate
Are we the follower, are we the ultimate
Do we choose the great one or we choose the fake
The result will be seen in the future intake

Being a leader are we just, are we true
Being benevolant in everything that we do
Authorities are given to control the deed
Charities are provided to those in need

Let us look at what is happening today
To our beloved organization where we work and stay
Is it succeeding or becoming decay
It is our responsibilities to lead the way

Let us hope our country stays prosperous and calm
So that our organization will not be harmed...

Agenda after hardworking ... eating your heart out!

Using GROW in my diet
Can it be?
Can it help?
We'll see...

What is my GOAL?
To get thinner
To be trimmer
Or become heathier
And become happier?

Does thin represent healthy?
By trimming can I be happy?
What does healthy really mean actually?
When does happy can take place really?

Does healthy refers to...
A thin face with troubled eyes that look hungry?
Or does it mean by...
A cute cubby face that smile gleefully after testing a delicious brownie?

How about being happy?

Does happy refers to...
A red coloured chubby cheek that appear when you smile?
Or does it mean by...
A dark troubled thin cheek that appear when you are about to die?

Oh... please make up your mind...
What do you really want yourself to be?

Now lets look at the REALITY...
Why does people eat actually?
Is it because you need to eat to live
So that later you can experience the gift...
The gift of life it is...
Is it because you need to have a taste
Of what heavenly great food can really be...
Or do you need to starve yourself
To get a thinner body to be happy


I doubt it really... actually.
Coz can you be happy when you are hungry?

It is the OPTION turn now...
What can you do to avoid eating?
Fasting?
Working?
Exercising?
If by fasting you can get thinner?
Then only take water during dinner
Coz eating too much before time to sleep
You'll end up losing less fat than the one you'll keep.

If working it is, can help you
Than what sort of thing can you produce?
You'll be sweating left and right
Coz your brain cannot think bright
And your limb will become weaker
Not healthy but you'll become sicker

If exercising is the best solution
You can take it into your consideration
But mind you about the regulation
You need to be strong enough to go through all the sections

So...
To be strong you need to eat
You don't have to avoid temptation of going to the groceries along the streets
Have a WILL to run as far as you can
Later you can grab those great cookies in the tin cans.
